Email [email protected]. It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version and the Tabi version (at the bottom of More). We usually reply within two working days.

1. On the phone that has the trip, open More › Share trip and share the six-letter invite code.
2. On the other phone, install Tabi, enter your name and tap Join a trip. If Tabi is already set up, use Join with a code in More › Share trip.
3. Type the code. Case, spaces and dashes don’t matter. The trip appears within seconds.

Each code works once and expires after seven days; Share trip gives you a fresh one when needed. Joining needs an internet connection once; after that everything works offline and syncs when you’re back online.

• From your phone: deleting the app erases everything stored on it.
• From our server: when the last member leaves a trip, the trip and its files are deleted. Delete my data in More › Trip settings erases your member identity, leaves all your trips and erases this phone. Leave trip in the same screen removes you from one trip.
• By email, any time: write to [email protected] with the name you used and your trip’s name, and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

• Location access is optional: it only shows where you are on the map and sorts places near you.
